Schedule a mediation.

Use our convenient online scheduling tool to first review available dates and times, and then provide needed information to secure the appointment date and time agreed by all parties. Scheduling requests can be in half or full day increments. You may also reserve a timeslot for three business days pending agreement of all parties.

STEP ONE: DETERMINE AVAILABILITY

To first search for available dates and times, look under “Select Appointment,” then press “BOOK” for desired appointment type. You will then receive access to our real-time scheduling calendar showing available dates (in bold) and start times for your mediation or arbitration. You can review available dates and times with all parties, and select a mutually agreed date and time.

STEP TWO: SUBMIT REQUEST

When all parties have agreed to the date and time, make your selection on the scheduling calendar and choose “Select and Continue.” Proceed to the “Your Information” section of the scheduling tool where you will enter contact information and other details about the requested appointment. When you are ready to submit your scheduling request, click on “Complete Appointment.”

STEP THREE: CONFIRMATIONS

Once you submit your scheduling request, you will receive an automated email confirming that the scheduling request is being reviewed by Kevlin Mediation. Please save this email, which contains convenient links for any needed cancellations or rescheduling. Next, once your scheduling request has been reviewed and approved, Kevlin Mediation will issue retention agreement letters to all parties via email confirming the mediation or arbitration as scheduled (please allow two business days from your submitted request to receive this retention agreement letter).

RESERVING OR HOLDING DATES AND TIMES

Use our online scheduling tool to request a “hold” on dates pending confirmation of all parties. We will reserve the time for you for three business days. Just follow the steps above. The intake form will ask “Are you requesting us to hold this timeslot for three business days pending agreement of all parties or have all parties agreed to this time? Please select the option that requests a three business day hold and complete the intake form process. You can then follow up with amy@kevlinmediation.com once all parties have confirmed that they want to proceed with the selected date and time. If we do not hear from you within three business days, we will cancel your reservation.
