Anne knows that for a mediation to be successful, she must guard each party’s confidential concerns, and project each party’s advantages and arguments. She helps each side by finding creative techniques to bridge the gaps, with the goal of bringing certainty and finality to an uncertain and risk-filled dispute outcome.

In Arbitrations,

Anne listens. She applies her significant substantive knowledge of the law and of the litigation process, carefully weighing pertinent facts with utmost neutrality and respect for each side. Anne understands the time and work that each party undertakes in preparation for each arbitration. She takes seriously her role in a fair and just outcome, based in careful and thorough analysis of the law and the facts, executed without bias. Anne believes that arbitration is a valuable and cost-effective alternative to litigation, but only if all parties trust the fairness of the arbitrator and the process.
